It's built for Etsy shop owners who want professional listing photos without needing design skills, Photoshop, or expensive photo shoots. Whether you sell print-on-demand products, handmade goods, digital downloads, or physical items, the tool adapts to your product type.

Most AI image tools give you a prompt box and a "generate" button. MyMockup.io goes further — it analyses your actual product photo first, then guides you through a targeted Q&A to capture your vision before generating anything. This means your product stays accurate and consistent across images, instead of being lost or distorted in the output.

No. The whole workflow is guided. The AI asks you the right questions, builds the prompt for you, and generates the images. You can optionally dive into the Prompt Lab for full manual control — but it's never required.

Each mockup generation uses one credit. Single-image sessions use less credits. Multi-image sessions (generating 2–10 listing photos) consume the same credit calculation of per image generation. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on each billing renewal date.

The Free plan includes 40 credits per month — enough to try the tool and generate and test for mockups. You get access to AI scene generation (Option A), basic Q&A refinement, and standard export quality.

Monthly plan credits do not roll over — they reset on each renewal date. Purchased credit top-up packs also expire at the end of your current billing period, so it's best to buy them when you have upcoming work planned.

Yes. Credit top-up packs are available from your Account page. They stack on top of your monthly allowance and are a good option if you have a seasonal rush or a large product launch coming up. But remember that credits bought will expire at the end of the current subscription, so it's best to buy only what you need for that month.

Pro gives you 1200 credits/month, reference-style matching, multi-image listing sets, Prompt Lab with image upload (vision analysis), and priority generation. Pro Plus gives you 1400 credits/month, everything in Pro, bulk generation mode, custom model configurations, and early access to the latest AI models.

Sign up → create a product → click "New Session" → choose your generation mode → upload your product photo → optionally upload a reference image → complete the Q&A → review and refine the prompt → generate. The whole flow typically takes 5–10 minutes the first time.

Option A (AI Scene) lets the AI invent a scene and setting based on your Q&A answers. Option B (Reference-Driven) uses a reference image — a competitor listing, mood board, or inspiration photo — to define the visual style. Option B is available on Pro and Pro Plus.

A reference image is any photo that shows the visual style, setting, mood, or composition you want your mockup to match. It could be a competitor's Etsy listing, a photo from Pinterest, or your own previous listing photography. The AI analyses the reference and uses it to shape the output — without copying the reference directly.

Yes. Multi-image mode (M2) lets you generate 2–10 listing photos in one session. Each image gets its own distinct prompt — different settings, angles, or moods — while the product remains visually consistent throughout the series. This is designed for Etsy sellers who need a full set of 7–10 listing images for a single product.

The Prompt Lab is a standalone workspace for crafting and refining AI image prompts. You describe your vision, then use AI to enhance, revise, or completely rewrite the prompt. It's ideal for sellers who have a very specific creative direction or who want to reuse refined prompts across multiple sessions. On Pro and Pro Plus, you can also upload reference images for the AI to analyse alongside your prompt.

The Title Maker helps Etsy sellers write and test listing titles with different keyword strategies. Great photos need great titles — this tool lets you try multiple angles and see which framing is most likely to rank in Etsy search and convert browsers into buyers.

Yes. After a successful session, you can save the configuration as a Template. Templates store your prompt style and session settings, so you can apply the same look to future products with one click instead of starting from scratch each time.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. For best results, use a clean product photo on a neutral background with good lighting — the AI can work with more complex photos, but simpler inputs tend to produce more accurate outputs.

Product accuracy is a core focus of the platform. By analysing your product photo first and building the prompt around it, the AI is instructed to preserve the product's shape, colour, texture, and key visual details. Results are very good but not pixel-perfect — slight artistic interpretation is normal with AI generation.

Images are stored securely in cloud object storage. Your uploaded product photos and generated mockups are private to your account. Generated images are just stored up to 10 sessions(failed/succeeded/in queue, all counts up to 10), of that product, after that it gets auto deleted.

Yes. Images generated through your account are yours to use, including for commercial purposes such as Etsy listings. Please review our Terms of Service for full details on intellectual property.

You can cancel at any time from the Account page → "Manage billing & invoices". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available where supported by your browser.
